This Privacy Policy explains how Flexx Labs ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Nightcase mobile game (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information We Collect
Account information
The App may let you sign in with a Google account. If you choose to sign in, our authentication provider (Google Firebase Authentication) gives us a limited set of information from your Google profile — your name, email address, profile picture, and a Google account identifier — so we can create your account and sync your progress. You can play without signing in where the App allows it.
Gameplay data
To save your progress, we store data such as which cases you have opened or solved, the choices you have made, and related in-game state. This is tied to your account (or, for signed-out play, to your device).
Device and technical data
Like most apps, we and our service providers may automatically collect technical information needed to operate and protect the App, including device model, operating-system version, app version, language settings, anonymous identifiers, crash and diagnostic reports, and abuse-prevention signals (for example, Firebase App Check attestations that confirm requests come from a genuine copy of the App).
We do not ask for or collect your precise location, contacts, photos, microphone, or camera, and we do not sell your personal information.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide the game and save and sync your progress.
- To authenticate you and secure your account.
- To deliver new and updated case content.
- To diagnose crashes, fix bugs, and improve performance.
- To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, or security issues.
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. Service Providers
We rely on Google Firebase (a Google service) for authentication, database storage, file/asset hosting, crash reporting, analytics, and app-integrity checks. Data processed through these services is handled under Google's privacy and security terms. We share information with providers only as needed to operate the App, and we do not authorize them to use it for their own unrelated purposes.

4. Data Retention
We keep your account and gameplay data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App. Technical logs are retained for a limited period for security and diagnostics. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Section 7).
5. Data Security
We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit and access controls, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
7. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights — or to delete your account and data — email us at waceemvirk@gmail.com. You can also revoke the App's access to your Google account from your Google Account settings.
8. International Data Transfers
Our service providers may process and store data on servers located outside your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice within the App.
